LIPS Inverter
What is the LIPS Inverter?
The
LIPS inverter is a Line Independent Power Supply with a built in inverter.
The defective LIPS Inverter will cause the following symptoms:
- No Power
- Power indicate light will flash on and go off.
- Screen will flash on and off between 1/2 to a few seconds.
- No Display or Dim screen
- Power light will cycle on and off.

backlight lamps.
