LST03 LCD Screen Tester - No need to install drivers

LST03 is our newest LCD screen tester that equips with our proprietary drivers.
By simply changing the dip switch setting, panel B+, voltage and panel wire harness,
it allows you to test LCD screen size up to 47” and the resolution from 800X600 up to 1920X1200.
In addition, a custom design Inverter allows you to test any given number of
CCFL back light lamp up to 4 at the time.(90 Days warranty)

Panel Wire Harness Connector:
This 30 pin connector has a polarity. Two white dots MUST face up when using our
custom wire harness.
Dip Switch
LST03 can test LCD screen size from 8.9 inch up to 42 inhc TV screen with the resolution from
800X600 up to 1920X1200.
S1
Switch On and Off with different setting of Dip switch. Please refer to LST03 Cross Table.
3.3V/5V/12V
Please refer to your LCD screen specification for the correct Panel voltage
supply. Most of Laptop screens are 3.3V
CCFL1, CCFL2, CCFL3, CCFL4
Custom build inverter can test any number of CCFL backlight lamp up to 4 CCFL Lamps.
Inverter Tester Connector
You can test any single lamp inverter. It is especially useful for Laptop screen repair.
6P for Inverter
This 6 pin connector is for testing an external inverter.
It is also can be used for LED screen's power supply.
Pin Assignments from left to right.
P1/P2=Power Ground, P3=Adj, P4=Enable, P5/P6=12V DC

How to set up LST03
- Identify Makes and part number of the LCD screen
- Choose a correct wire harness and setting according to LST03 cross refrence table.*
- Apply setting to Dip switch and Panel B+
- Connect LCD panel wire harness between LST03 and LCD screen
- Connect LCD screen's back light to LST03
- Apply Input Signal to VGA
- Connect 12V DC to LST03 and Turn it on

Note: 12V DC jack MUST be disconnect and re-connect it back to LST03 for new setting to be effective. 12V DC Jack MUST disconnect before switch to test another LCD screen. |
