*CCFL is an extremely small Fluorescent lamp and you must handle them with extra caution.
*Replacing CCFL Lamp requires a basic soldering technique. However. Replacing CCFL on Laptop Screen is a lot difficult because the way CCFL  was Mounted:Laptop Screen usually does not have metal reflector separately like LCD Monitor and LCD TV.
* The CCFL-inverters start-up voltage should be 2.5-3.0 times higher than working voltage.
Proper handling of CCFL lamps:
* CCFL is extremely small Fluorescent lamps are made of lead glass, which is easily broken. Please handle with care.
* Shock of any kind should not be applied to the lamps tube. Otherwise this may result in damage and electrode deformation. Unnecessary heating of the lamps tube should be for it is easily broken.
* If the lamp is stressed at their sealing ends, though invisible from outside, it may produce slow leakage. This destroys the vacuum state inside and makes the lamp useless. Therefore:
a. Do not impose pressure of any kind beyond 1kg on wire ends directly.
b. Do not twist the wire ends in radial direction.
c. Do not wind the wire ends at the joint ends. If necessary, please fix the wire before winding it at a position 10 mm or more from the ends.
Soldering Technique:
Soldering iron: max. 25WSoldering time: 4 seconds or lessSoldering position: >2-3 mm from the location where the wire comes out of the tube.
